一个组织应该是什么样子的？按照性能分布、阶级分明？还是目前互联网大厂所强调的扁平化结构较好？无论是哪一种，不可否认的是，所有权和等级制一直都是组织发展中的不可避免的难题。在Web 3.0发展的今天，一种叫做“DAO”的组织，成为了一种全新的可能。今天存在着大约169个DAO，有可能会取代所有形式的企业、政府和人类组织。
什么是DAO? DAO全称为Decentralized Autonomous Organization，意味着“去中心化/分布式资质组织”，是围绕着一个共同目的而形成的加密原生团体，虽有例外，但通常是作为互联网原生区块链的投资者导向风险投资基金组织而存在。
它的规则为区块链上的计算机程序，非常透明，不受任何中心化机构的影响，完全根据输入的网络代码执行，当特定条件发生的时候，便会自动执行相应的规则。若需更改这些规则，则需所有社会内的代币持有者通过设定的投票流程，才能进行更改。换沿着，一个DAO的代币持有人在组织的方向和决策上有着更大的发言权，但显然，投票权与个人影响力会因用户的基数的扩张而遭到稀释。
Lido，便是一个以DAO为组织架构的平台。成立于2020年，是一个去中心化的ETH 2.0质押服务平台。
Lido是一个协助用户将以太坊进行代币化的质押池。质押（Staking）是其中一种挖矿方式，只需要质押一定数量的代币，运行一段时间后就会产生新收益。目前支持 Ethereum 2.0、Terra、Solana 和 Kusama 四条公链。用户不仅可以选择质押 ETH、SOL、LUNA 和 KSM 的加密货币获得同比例的stETH、stSOL、stLUNA 和 stKSM，还能获得 4.5% 至 18% 的年化收益，却且不受原生代币LDO价格的影响，就好比现实生活中将钱存入银行固定定期存款账户中换取利息一样，是一份不错的生息质押服务协议。
而就在今天，Lido DAO宣布进一步新增8个节点运营商，让节点总数达到29个，维持其作为ETH质押协议佼佼者的地位。一般而言，当用户选择将ETH质押后，Lido的质押平台会选择一个验证节点，允许用户连接到加密货币钱包并质押任意数量的ETH，并以1：1的比例返还予stETH。stETH的余额可以像是普通的ETH一样用于赚取收入和贷款奖励，当这个ETH获取质押收益的时候，用户持有的stETH余额会自动改变。
